BrandMETTLE and DCT have launched two purposeful firebrands since the collaboration – Pines at Whiting, a senior community center, and Alstede Farms. DCT streamlined the web-presence of Pines at Whiting, and incorporated a better transactional experience for Alstede Farm, to increase sales of its products and offerings.   • The legacy website was hosted on three different platforms and was less intuitive
  • Customers would call the customer care team for help than connect on website
  • Lack of proper structure to database
  • Price update of products did occur dynamically but instead was managed through conventional methods
  • The customer record too was stored conventionally and managed manually
  • Adding information about any new offering on the farm meant creating an entirely new page
  • The legacy site displayed a high bounce rate

  • DCT implemented a new website that consolidated all the features of the 3 existing legacy sites
  • The website was developed using WordPress, building the site to be dynamic and easy to update content by anyone
  • Interactive and intuitive navigation, along with highly engaging content resulted in higher click rate
  • Automated email notification was developed to notify the admin as well as the customer with information about the order placed and other interactions
  • To enhance customer interaction, comment and rating section was introduced, enabling the website to foster a personal relationship with its customers
