What were the challenges

GuidemarkHealth approached us with a set of requirements across multiple siloes – content, technology, creativity and monetization. Their challenges included decentralized service delivery and supply-driven delivery model. This meant duplication in functions, processes and technology, with limited central control and governance over business support services.
We started the engagement with high priority verticals and initiated pilot projects. As we saw success through those we engaged on larger deliveries that resulted in higher scales. This gave us the confidence to scale and replicate further across the siloes and that with efficiency. Eventually, Guidemark Health evolved into a self-sustained model.

DCT reviewed the entire requirement and proposed a scalable SOA (service-oriented architecture) for Scheduling Speaker Bureau programs which addresses the following flows:

Deployed the Digital Business Services and moved them away from a scattered approach to a more demand-based service delivery model
Incited a centralized approach that could be managed through integrated and outcome-oriented governance
Project management - Laid down value stream maps and business objectives, implemented behavioral, practical and technological changes, improved deliverables and measured the impact
